It’s so important to stay hydrated. If you feel like eating something in the middle of the day get up and get some water. Think about how much water you drank when you started drinking Nuez de la India!
- Healthy snacks
Keep yummy and healthy treats around your house and office. Nuts, proteins (like peanut butter) and things along those lines will help you keep the hunger monkey at bay.

Run around! Do something to take your mind off of food. It does help!

Eating a protein fills you up. Healthy snacks are the best way to go but when you give yourself that extra protein boost you can stay fuller longer.
- Think about your meals and if you’re getting enough protein to keep you full throughout the day
When you plan your meals it makes things so much easier. Have you gotten hungry around 3 the past few days? Take a look at what you’re eating and think about what you can do to add extra protein to your meal.
- Change what you’re doing and distract yourself
Are you bored? Grab a book and read instead of eat. Play Pokemon Go! Get out of the house if you can to avoid the call of the fridge.
- Scream – it’s okay. You’re frustrated
Listen, find yourself a corner and let it all out. Relieving stress is also a great way to avoid snacking! If you do a lap around your office building while yelling that counts as double cardio.
- Make yourself some Nuez de la India
Are you hungry late at night? Have a cup of Nuez de la India! Clearly this is a healthy and delicious solution to your late-night snack attack.
Exercising is a great way to curb your appetite.
