Mindfulness – the biggest buzzword to hit the mental health and health industry in ages. What does it mean to be mindful? Does it mean that you think about things before you do them? Does it mean that you’re aware of a mind-body balance? It’s really confusing so that’s why Nuez de la India is here to help you get some answers!
