How to take Nuez de la India
You’ve decided to live your life the Nuez de la India way; you’re now that much closer to a better night of sleep, a bloat free belly and the satisfaction of knowing that you did it. How do you start your new routine? Nuez de la India offers two products to keep it simple. Each product can be taken in very similar ways, but it is up to you to customize each experience.
If you’re starting out by taking the Nuez de la India supplement, take the time to review the bottle. Each bottle contains thirty dissolvable tablets. For the first week that you’re on your new plan, you will only take half of a tablet. Remember that all Nuez de la India products are meant to dissolve in water to improve absorption! Add half a tablet to a cup of hot water or perhaps a cup of your favorite caffeine free tea (no caffeine before bedtime!) and enjoy. The delicious hint of pomegranate lets you know that you’re preparing yourself for a successful day, one cup of tea at a time. During the second week, then you can add a full tablet to your tea but remember to give your body time to adjust. In the event that you would like to sweeten your tea use organic honey or agave. After all, you’re putting healthy, organic product into your body with your tea. Don’t undo all of your hard work by adding extra sugar or chemicals!
If you’re using Nuez de la India seeds, then you are on a similar plan to that of the supplements. Instead of having tablets, you have seeds – twelve of them to be exact. For the first week (or the first eight days) break your seed into eight pieces and only use one eighth of the seed. The seed, just like its supplement sibling, dissolves quickly in water so you will have yourself a cup of delicious Nuez de la India seed tea or Nuez de la India accented tea in five minutes or less. The dosage you use during your first eight days taking the Nuez de la India seed will change so make sure to read the instructions provided with the seed packets. Remember, no caffeine with your tea! This may cause unwanted jitteriness during the first week.
Just like any other change to your regime, you may notice a few small changes to the input and output of your body. As your mind and body get healthier, you may find yourself using the bathroom more frequently but adding more water to your diet will do that. Keep drinking lots of water and taking your Nuez de la India! Your hard work will pay off in no time!
